GREEN STORE for Cirq 44

We make it easy to keep your property Green. Here you’ll find a curated list of the best energy-saving products on the market. Down below, you’ll also find a list of what we installed at your property along with the quantity that we suggest keeping on hand for ongoing compliance.

Special notes for Cirq 44:

  • The majority of the common area lighting electrical is 277v vs the standard 120. This makes most light fixtures incompatible with the circuitry at the property. Special care must be taken to order fixtures that work with 277. Special care must also be taken when replacing these fixtures because 277 is very dangerous to work with and could result in significant injury to the installer.
