Snapshot:
~$1,300 per week
Work 2-3 weeks per month
Weekends and 1-2 weeks/month off
Flight travel across the country
401K 100% match up to 3% AND 50% match up to 5% – After 90 days
Physical labor including lifting and stairs
Work Order/Turns Service Team
$35 – $42 per hour – based on experience
On call – double time, PLUS Trip fee
Completing work orders and turns at various client communities
Maintenance experience, EPA(1,2 and Universal) and CPO are a plus
